Returns

Unopened kits can be returned within 14 days of when you received them. Damaged, wrong or incomplete items are always on me.

Changed your mind

The kit must be unopened, with the factory shrink wrap or seals intact.
Email me within 14 days of delivery or pickup with your receipt number (or the email or phone you ordered with).
Local orders: I can pick it up or you can hand it back at the market.
Shipped orders: you pay the return shipping. I'll send you the address. Use a tracked service, since I can't refund a return that doesn't arrive.
Once I have it back and it's unopened, I refund the item price and its sales tax to the way you paid (cash for cash sales). The original shipping cost isn't refunded on change-of-mind returns.
Card refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

If a kit arrives damaged, you got the wrong item, or a sealed kit is missing a runner or part, email me photos within 7 days.
I'll replace it, send the missing part if I can get one, or refund it in full, including any shipping. You don't pay to send it back.
