These are the simple terms for buying from Bold City Kits, a small seller owned by me, Renzo Sanchez, in Jacksonville, Florida. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping (if any) are added at checkout before you pay.
• Your order is confirmed once payment goes through. While you're paying, the items are held for you for about 30 minutes.
• Stock on the site updates live, but if something you paid for turns out to be unavailable, I'll tell you right away and refund it in full.
• If a price is listed wrong by mistake, I'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Products

• Photos are of the actual kit or the official box art. Box art can differ slightly from what's inside.
• Model kits contain small parts and sharp tools may be needed to build them. They aren't suitable for young children. Follow the age guidance on each box.
• Kit and character names belong to their owners. I'm an independent seller, not affiliated with the manufacturers.

Disputes

If something's wrong, please email me first and I'll work it out with you. These terms are governed by Florida law.
